Implant Restoration

The direction that Implantology is taking is to plan implants from a “Crown Down” perspective. However, there is a need in the industry to clarify what type of restoration is required for which clinical situation. When does one do an abutment vs. a screw-retained crown? What type of attachment is used in which situation? How do I take an impression for a Hybrid or a Milled Bar? As more and more doctors introduce implants into their practices, more opportunities to restore arise.
